During this time off we need to remember to stay healthy (physically and mentally). Please make sure you are staying active (30-60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each day). When we return to class be prepared to reflect on the amount activity and type of activity that you did over this break. I would suggest printing off an activity log (Google) to keep a record of these on paper so it is easier for the reflection.
