Poetry Project Presentations begin tomorrow!
Practice reciting your poem with FEELING and emphasis. You will do this directly after your title slide. Then TIME yourself going through your speech and notecards (insight/reasoning) as you discuss the meaning and tone of each stanza. You need to be between 3-6 minutes. Bring your note cards with you and make sure they are in ink and easy to read (or type them).
Bring any textbooks/novels for collection!
Grammar Post Test Review-Due FRIDAY
PRINT (you may do this at the library when we go WEDNESDAY or at home), work on this week, and hand in FRIDAY for extra credit.
Poetry project materials/due dates
All of the directions and deadlines for EACH part of the project can be found here!
Poetry Project Outline–Due Wednesday 5/22 at the beginning of class! No one will be able to use a chrome book unless a completed outline is submitted!
HONORS-I strongly suggest that you make a copy of the outline and increase/decrease the sections to fit the poem you chose. Give yourself enough space and TYPE your final decisions into the document. PRINT and bring on Wednesday.
