Running Assessments

Well, we are just about done with the running assessments for all classes! There are a few make up runs for those that missed. Now we can concentrate on the instep kick and daily exercises. The daily exercises are helping to strengthen bodies and increase flexibility. Jogging will also help keep healthy hearts! Remember, all of these exercises can be done at home, too!
