Hello Families!

Our third annual Trike-A-Thon was held at Cotter last Thursday morning. With summer vacation quickly approaching children will be outside playing so we took this opportunity to discuss bike safety. The children participated in four lessons through out the week; 1. Always wear your helmet, 2. Watch out for driveways, 3. Never ride in the street, 4. Look where you’re going.

At the end of the week children were able to practice what they learned by riding tricycles in the circle drive of our school! When our turn was over we celebrated with popsicles and stayed to cheer on other classes in our school! It was a fun morning and the weather was beautiful.
