Stay Moving! Maples Stay at Home Fitness Week #1

Good morning Maples Family, as I mentioned in my post on Friday we all need to stay physically active while we are at home. Your Health is very important to me so please Stay Moving! I am adding some daily exercises I want you to do while we are apart. Please stay ACTIVE!! Look for my next Post we are going to have a Contest!

1. Daily Stretching https://www.coachup.com/nation/articles/the-10-best-stretches-for-total-body-flexibility

2. 15 Push ups- Regular 20 Modified Push ups like in class

3. 40 sit ups- if you cannot do this all at one time then do 10 at a time throughout the day.

4. 50 Jumping Jacks

5. Run in Place for 3 minutes, 30 seconds at a time. or Jump Rope for 3 minutes if you have a Jump Rope
