In-School Field Trip! 👩‍🔬 🍦 👨‍🔬

Greetings Parents,

We are going to have our first in-school field trip next week Tuesday, November 26th! We are inviting Dr. Nitro to demonstrate science experiments for our fifth-grade students. 🧪 🧬 🧫 Students will get to make their own ice-cream, add various toppings, and have a great and intellectual time 🍦. We appreciate your support to proceed with this event. Hence, we are asking each student to pay $5 to cover the cost of this event. Again, thank you for all that you do.

About the Author

Hello! My name is Mrs. Sobh. This is my seventh year teaching and I love what I do! I graduated from The University of Michigan Dearborn with a Masters degree in Education- My major is language arts and my minor is science. Let me tell me a little about myself☺️ I am married to the love of my life, Mouhamad, and have two beautiful kids, Madleyn, 2, and Baby Moussa ( and yes, we call him that), 4 months. They are my happiness. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, shop , dine, explore new places, and be outdoors! I also enjoy going horseback riding, going for walks, drinking coffee ( lots of it 😍) , Did I mention I love nature! I can basically live outside. The beach is my happy place 🏝 I come from a big family! I have 5 brothers, 2 sisters , and 18 nieces and nephews ( plus one more niece or nephew on the way). I am the youngest of my siblings and I love it! Every child has a right to learn and I have a right to teach! Your child will receive the BEST education in my class! You can rest assured ☺️ since I am a Mother myself, I treat my students as if they were my own kids. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child’s education and I look forward to a wonderful year together 💚 If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask ☺️

You can problem solve by doing some problems similar to the ones we practiced today. Today’s sprint focused on diving by 10 and 100. Therefore, you can create some problems yourself and solve them to compensate for the missed ones. Examples- 49,000 / 100, 1,200/100. Something along those lines.
