I’m so glad to be back!  We were missing 4 friends today…Sandy, Celina, Aya, and Lola.  We hope they will be back soon with us.

We had a great day yesterday.  We talked a lot about weather and temperature and the difference between them.  We had a Scavenger Hunt for Math-with partners, they found 3-D shaped objects in the room.  We read and wrote many words with the short e sound.  That’s a tricky sound to hear.  Think “egg.”  Say egg slowly to hear the short e sound.  We had READ TO SELF and they were amazing with their reading stamina.  🙂

For Math today we will be discovering the dime.  Since we’ve already explored the penny and nickel,at this rate, by June I might be teaching them about how investments or the Stock Market!  🙂
