Exciting days continue in here!!!

SPELLING-We are going to try for 100% for all students this week.  So practice the words with your child every night, several times if they are having difficulty with the words.  Connect them to something you are doing.  Show them a trick to help remember how to spell the word.  Have them WRITE THE WORD.  sometimes they can spell the word back to you but write it incorrectly, like a d instead of a b, or the g is backwards.  Let’s try for a strong finish!!

MATH-finishing up Module 5 this week.  Working with numbers 1-100 and finding the “teen” number within a number.  ie  67  would be 6 tens for 60 and “17”
