-Students report regular time.  Parents, if you would like to follow the bus, meet at school about 9:10.  You may want to car pool, since car parking cost is $6.00/car.

Remember that ALL STUDENTS RIDE BACK ON THE BUS.  No students leave with parents from the zoo.  After we arrive back at school, I will excuse any to go home with parents, if you wish.  Otherwise, regular dismissal time.

This is going to be a fun trip.  We’ll pray for good weather.  🙂

MATH-Adding 10   Subtracting 10   (You can do this in the car, while waiting for brother’s soccer game, dental appointments, etc)   Give them a number between 0-100.  “Add 10, Add 10, Add 10″  Repeat with another number.  Eventually, say, ” Add 10, add 20 (that’s just 2 10’s).”

Later in the week, do subtracting.  Start with a high number, like 70.  “Subtract 10, subtract 10, subtract 20.  Where did you end up?”

Later still, switch it up.  “Add 10, Add 20, Add 10, Subtract 10.  At what number did you end?”

We will also work with some Geometry.
