Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is having a super fun break. Please pass this message to your children: I wanted to let you know that I’ve added a BUNCH of assignments on TenMarks. These are optional, but I will give you extra math points for trying them. There are some fraction assignments and some geometry assignments. We aren’t finished with fractions yet, but our next unit is geometry, so I want to see what you know and remember from last year. Give them a try! Let me know if you need your log in information; or you can check out your story on ClassDojo and your log in information is posted. You’ll just have to scroll down to a long time ago, maybe November.
There is an M-Step practice packet coming home tomorrow for the break. Please be sure to work on it to turn in the Monday we come back!
This week we are beginning fractions in math.
In science, we will be studying erosion and weathering though our science centers.
I am hoping to finish our government unit by next week so we can begin our unit about rights and responsibilities in the USA.
We are also back to opinion writing for writers workshop.
I hope everyone has a great week!
The narratives are looking amazing! The kids did awesome on their dialogue.
