Homework Packets: Please have your child work on the packet each day. Also, read for 20-30 minutes and fill response logs, students choose only three boxes of spelling activity. Homework is due on Fridays.
Spelling: List #20 -igh & -eigh
Math: Unit 7
3.OA. 9 Identify arithmetic patterns (including patterns in the addition table or multiplication table), and explain them using properties of operations. For example, observe that 4 times a number is always even, and explain why 4 times a number can be decomposed into two equal addends.
Prodigy Prodigy is a website that help students practice their math skill. Your child is encouraged to practice math skills with Prodigy.
Mobymax: practice math fluency, math, numbers
Reading: Read every night for 20-30 minutes, and ask and answer comprehension questions. I will be sending home comprehension questions to assist with understanding text. Reading logs and responses should be filled for each time they read.
Writing: Opinion writing-CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.3.1
Write opinion pieces on topics or texts, supporting a point of view with reasons
Snacks: please send a healthy snack.
