HELLO!!!

Hello Everyone! If you had the opportunity to attend the Lindbergh Haunted House, I hope it was an enjoyable time with your families. I was able to see some fun costumes working in the food area. Maybe you had the chance to enjoy some yummy candy too!

FROM PTA…..

Greetings Lindbergh Families!

Our 47th annual Lindbergh Holiday Boutique is on deck!  For those of you who are not familiar, the holiday boutique is a PTA sponsored event that hosts crafters from all around Michigan to come in and show off their homemade goods.  We also have a limited kitchen open (which offers halal options), our infamous and biggest bake sale of the year, and this is also where we raffle off all the class baskets you all have been working so diligently on.  The event is a huge proceed generator that goes right back to all our phenomenal teachers to use for their students and classroom needs.

We need volunteers galore to make this event a successful one! Our teachers have already begun to sign up to volunteer.  Please consider volunteering and take a look at the sign up genius below to see which volunteer position would be the best fit for you.

Personally, I want to thank you all in advance, sincerely.  This event couldn’t come together without all the helping hands we have here at Lindbergh. I truly appreciate our school village.  And spread the word! This craft show is a great place to find holiday gifts and such as the season is approaching. If you or anyone you know would like to place a lawn sign to advertise for our event, please reach out to me at the contact listed below, as well if you have any other questions or concerns, or need any further assistance.

 THANK YOU!!!

HELLO!

Hello Everyone… Please remember our Field Trip to Three Cedars Farm is On Monday October 14, 2019. We will be boarding the bus and leaving for the trip at 9:15 AM. If you are a chaperone for our trip please sign in at the office and meet me in our classroom. Remember no parents are riding the bus. When we leave to get on the bus, you can follow the bus or meet us at the farm.

Please dress your child according to the weather. We will be outside for majority of the day. Let’s hope for NO RAIN!!! Also, remember gym shoes or boots. Play clothes and no dresses for the girls.

Also, please pack a lunch in a bag that can be thrown away. I don’t want to lose a lunch box or special water bottle. A brown paper bag, ziploc bag, or a grocery bag would be perfect with your child’s name on the bag. Remember a healthy lunch… sandwich, fruit, snack, and a small treat and something to drink like water or a juice box.

Hopefully ( inshallah) we will have a fun and safe trip. I have never been here before, so it will be a brand new experience for me too!

Have a nice weekend and see you all on Monday!

Miss Schropp
