This week we learned about the season of fall/autumn!

We picked our favorite fall activity.

We each created our very own jack-o-lanterns! We had so much fun – especially dancing to the fun song at the end!

We played with leaves and jumped in “leaf piles”!

We had a great week!

  • Our attendance board is finally ready!
  • Every day during circle time we do attendance. When the child sees their name, they raise their hand and say, “I’m here!” For non-verbal students they press a button on a communication device, GoTalkONE, that says “I’m here!”.

A sad goodbye but happy hello!

OOPS – I meant to post this a few weeks ago but it never posted!!!

We had a big change to our classroom: our classroom parapro, Ms. Sisoy, transferred to Howe School to be a para in Mrs. Adams’ Preschool SXI classroom. Ms. Sisoy and Mrs. Adams worked together here at Snow for many years until Mrs. Adams moved to Howe. We were sad to see her go but were glad that she was able to be with her good friend again.


Although we were sad to have Ms. Sisoy leave, we are so very happy to have an amazing new classroom parapro, Mrs. A! She is an incredible addition to our classroom! The students have adjusted very well to her and just adore her, as do Mrs. Diane and I!

The students are adjusting well to their new classroom! They are all sweet kids who are hard workers that love to learn. We have had a lot of fun while learning and playing. Enjoy the pictures! 🙂
