yesterday’s holiday spirit theme was winter white.
aya and mariam looked so cute!

MS. BOWDELL DIDN’T WEAR WHITE BUT SHE WORE A REALLY FUN UGLY SWEATER AND PUT HER FACE AND OUR 2 PARA’S IN THERE. THE KIDS GOT A KICK OUT OF IT – AND SO DID MS. SISOY & MS. DIANE!

yesterday we had group therapy (speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and school social work therapy). we decorated christmas cookies! the kiddos had so much fun. the cookies were so yummy!

yesterday we learned that verbs are action words. we picked our favorite christmas verb.

today was pajama day!
we did christmas-themed activities and read books about christmas.
we read the grinch who stole christmas and watched the movie (cartoon version). we ate popcorn while we watched it and cookies from the grinch! 😉 (mint oreos)

getting ready for christmas!

WE WROTE SANTA A LETTER TO ASK HIM FOR A CLASSROOM ELF . . .


and he sent us one! 🙂

we voted and we named him rudy!

he is a silly little guy!
(he has hid in other places, too, but we only took pictures of these ones – oops! ;] )

we also picked what job we would want if we were an elf . . . and made ourselves into elves!

WE LEARNED NEW DECEMBER WORDS AND PICKED OUR FAVORITE ONE.

we went to life town and leon’s!

WE HANG OUT WITH OUR GENERAL EDUCATION PEERS EVERY FRIDAY!

we have fun at school and love hanging out with our friends and our teacher!
