School is closed on TUESDAY 11/8/2016 in honor of election day.  

Picture re-take day is on Wednesday 11/9/2016.

I would like to remind parents and students to check their school planners and Google Classroom calendar to keep track of assignments posted and the dates they are due.  Students who didn’t receive credit on their homework have a chance to resubmit their assignment for 70% credit until November 10 (One week after the due date).  Also, to students who are still struggling to submit assignments from home, please see me during Advisory or after school for help.  I have mentioned this SEVERAL times.

Biodiversity Lesson

This week we will finalize our research through multiple input and output lab stations.  Biodiversity Homework 2 was posted on Google Classroom. (Students are to research the multiple ecosystems present in Michigan and explain how diversified the ecosystems are. Students are encouraged to include the resource they used to research those ecosystems).  Homework 2 is due on Thursday November 10, 2016.  They will be given a chance in class to share their findings with their peers in class.

This week’s focus is on “Explanation” and Biodiversity Home project and those who didn’t present their Energy Pyramid project yet either.
