Pre-algebra : Unit of Study: Lesson 7: Function/ Linear Function

Students will learn how to identify rate of change and compare function.(Group work/ Independent skill).

ELA: Unit of Study: Informational text/ features

Students will close read informational articles (Debate), examine text features, identify Pros/ Cons, and apply CER .

U.S. History / Unit of Study:  American Revolution (Major Battles)

Students will read and analyze Major Battles. They will complete graphic organizers about battles focusing on significance of battles in U.S. History.

Student will learn new academic vocabulary. They will complete thinking maps and orally present it as a group.

Study Skills : Lesson Focus: Linear Function/ Slope

Physical Science : Unit of Study: Ecosystem- continue

They will read informational articles, learn new academic vocabulary, and write facts about: Feeding Relationships/ Food chains & Web
