Students will analyze an  informational book entitled ” Shaping the Constitution” and identify main ideas and cite textual evidence to support claim.

Students will apply structured reading and writing and complete Cornell Notes.

Intervention Class: – M-Step practice (Author’s Purpose).

Physical Science

Unit of Study: Matter(Atoms/ Elements/ Molecules/ Compounds)

They will read and analyze informational texts and create foldable/ thinking map.

U.S. History

Unit of Study: Westward  Expansion-continue

Students will read and analyze informational texts about Oregon Trail/ Battle of Alamo and learn new academic vocabulary.

They will complete thinking maps and foldable for each lesson.
