What We Did This Week

We review our Alpha Friends daily.

We introduced the sight word: on

In math we continue to have “number talks” using our ten frames and we continue to practice writing numerals 1-20.  We finished measuring our bodies – tracings came home Thursday.

We rotated through our Daily 5 Literacy Centers.

Have a wonderful Mother’s Day.

Teacher Appreciation

I was overwhelmed this week with the goodies, gifts and treats!

Everything from the coffee and treats to the parents who covered the class so I could enjoy the staff catered lunch – thank you.

I especially would like to thank you for the VISA gift card.  The students had some interesting suggestions on what to buy – but I think I have other ideas. 🙂
