Survey

Dear Y5 Families,

In an effort to assist our technology department with our district’s continuing learning plan I am asking that you email me if you are without internet for your student to work on and if you are without a device for your student to work on.

If you are all set there is no need to email.

Thank you,

Mrs. Ruselink

Scholastic Book Fair

Scholastic Online Book Fair

The PTA is hosting an online book fair which runs April 8 through April 21. There’s a wide selection of materials for all ages—pre-K through high school—including books, educational workbooks, puzzles, arts and crafts, building sets, and more. Check out the “shop by grade level or age” feature.

Lindbergh earns 25% with every purchase when you click “Shop Now” from our webpage: https://www.scholastic.com/bf/lindberghflyers(The shopping will not be activated until April 8.)
In order for our school to receive credit for your purchases, you must start from that specific book fair homepage (not a Scholastic Book Club or related site) and sign in. You do not have to be a Lindbergh parent to shop… so share with your friends!

All purchases ship directly to customers, with FREE standard shipping when you spend $25 or more (on books only – not the junky stuff).

Thank you for supporting our school and we hope that this opportunity to find new books provides some joy during this uncertain time. Keep reading, Flyers!

Monday, April 13

I hope everyone is well.

On 4/20- a revised continuity of distant learning plan (district wide) will be implemented. Many teachers across the district have been working on this “new” plan. I will share with you details once they are solidified & presented to me. This distant learning plan is in response to the Governor asking districts to close for the remainder of the school year and it to be implemented this month.

In the meantime here are some resources for Monday:

Information on School Closure

Hello Y5 Families,

The Governor closed the school buildings for the rest of the school year but online teaching and learning will continue. The district is working on a plan and will need to get that plan approved by the Intermediate School District (Wayne RESA).

District food distribution will continue over Spring Break (M, W, and Th.).

Enjoy Spring Break. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns or questions. I hope you are well – please hug the students for me.
