Week of Feb. 3rd

Hello!

Just some information about the week:

Monday:  Today is the PBIS reward for the students who were on green 80% of the time for the month of January.  Those students earning the reward will enjoy a “DANCE PARTY” down in the cafeteria near the end of the day.

Book Fair:  We will be browsing the Book Fair today and students will be bringing home “wish lists”

Reading Bags:  Students will begin to bring home reading bags.  These books can be practiced at home.  Please be sure to return it every morning so your students has the books for Daily Five.

Most of the students just have alphabet books – which may seem too “easy” – but we are working on finding the print on the page, using our reading finger, and handling the book themselves.

Valentine Party information will  be coming soon.  For those out shopping this week for “treats” we have 15 students in our class.

Have a good week!
