End of the Year Remiders

Field Day is Thursday.  Please wear tennis shoes, sunscreen and maybe bring a hat.  You do not need to bring a lunch this day.  The PTA is supplying pizza, water, watermellon and chips.  We will still have morning snack so please remember to pack one.

No backpacks are allowed to come to school Thursday and Friday.

Friday is a half-day (dismissal at 11:45).  We will enjoy ice cream bars, chalk and bubble out on the playground.

Library books should be handed in at this time.

Lunch/cafeteria fines are due.

Some notes from the school office:

>>Some parents have expressed concern about sharing pictures of students on social media (pictures from classroom and other school events).  Please be conscientious of everyone’s privacy when posting photos; it’s always best to ask for a parent’s permission before sharing photos of their child(ren) or family.
Thank you!

>>We are in need of lunch time sub help in the cafeteria. If any parents are interested in subbing for our help when they are out, please contact Dearborn Schools HR department.

And, from the District’s Technology office:

“Dear Parents,
If you are an AOL email user, please be aware that you may not receive email notifications due to AOL policies. We are working to resolve this issue with AOL.

Thank you for your patience while we work with AOL to make sure you get classroom notifications from your teacher.

Sincerely,
Technology Department”

Field Day

Field Day is

Thursday, June 15th!

This is a great event and the kids look forward to this day to have fun and celebrate a great school year!
However, our dear Field Day-Chair, Debbie Koehler, is moving on from Lindbergh this Spring and we’re looking for a couple of people to co-chair the event this year with the intention to chair it next year (and even longer, possibly). If you are interested, please email Debbie at321koehler@comcast.net.
