Snow Clothes

If the temperature is above 20 degrees (with factored in wind chill) students will be going outside for recess.

Students need snow pants and snow boots when snow is on the ground or they will have to stay on the blacktop.

I have found that a separate bag for snow pants and boots works best.  This way their lunch box, folder, and shoes to wear once in the building can be in their backpack.

Some students bring their snow pants home every day and some leave them hang in their locker.  Please discuss with your student what they should do.

Regardless snow pants will be sent home on Fridays.

Please work with your student on independently dressing themselves for winter!   This will help me during the school day!

Happy Winter!
