What We Did This Week

We have introduced all of our Alpha Friends and continue to review letters and sounds

We will now start to focus on small simple sight words that students will need to know to begin reading

Our new sight word this week was: me and we

We worked in our poem books with the word the (and our previous words)

We wrote in our journals

We enjoyed stories that were purchased at the bookfair.

We continue to practice “the teens” in Math and counting by 10’s.

We continue to work on our last names.
