What We Did This Week

Our new alphafriend was “Queenie Queen”, Letter Q

In math we are working with the geometric pattern blocks

During Writer’s Workshop we are “sharing the pen” and recording sounds we hear

During Free Choice we continue to practice turn-taking, using nice words and using our voice nicely to produce good play

We attended the Jump Rope for Heart Assembly this week

We are moving onto letters with “curves” in handwriting

We continue to enjoy read aloud stories and finger poems
