December Reading Log

Reading logs were sent home last week.  Hand them in by the 18th of December to earn a pizza.

Holiday Party

Our holiday party will be the morning of the 18th, 9:00-10:30

We will enjoy holiday themed centers, crafts and treats.  We are asking for a 5.00 donation from each student to cover these costs.  Thank you!

We wrote in our journals

We worked in our poem books

We rotated through Daily 5 – we matched lower case letters

We practiced writing our numbers, counting by 1’s and 10’s and learned about the “tricky teens” (numbers 11-19)

We attended a music concert

We worked in our handwriting books

Holiday Party

We are asking for 5.00 from each student to fund our holiday party.  There are planned activities and a craft.  We also will enjoy some festive food.

Friday is popcorn Friday.  25 cents a bag.

Santa Shop

Letters regarding the Santa Shop are coming home today in the red folders.  Our shopping day is next Tuesday (the 8th).  Please fill out the Santa Shop envelope if your student plans on shopping.
