We will be having a busy and fun filled week! We are celebrating our 100th day of school and Valentine’s Day this Wednesday February 13th. Please remember that if you would like to send in a treat for the party it must be NUT FREE since we have some students in our class who are peanut allergies.
Today is a Half Day of school. Students will be dismissed at 11:45 a.m. today.
This is our last week of school before winter break. We will be sending home a homeschool connection booklet for students to work on during break. This does not need to be returned to school. It’s just practice for students to have during winter break. Please make sure that your child reads everyday during break.
Thank you for all your help,
We will be visiting the book fair this Tuesday, December 11th at 12:20. If you would like to have your child by a book please make sure that they have exact amount of money.
We will be having our end of the unit math assessment this Friday November 30th. I will be sending home a study guide for your child to help them with the test. Please do not send back the study guides. They are for your child to use at home to help them study.
Hope everyone had a nice and restful break!
Please make sure to check your child’s folder daily for any important notes or homework. Just a reminder, homework is not due until Friday each week.
Due to a short school week we will not be sending home any new spelling words or math homework this week. Please have your child continue to read for at least 20 mins each night.
Please remember to send a winter coat, hats, gloves with your child each day. The temperatures are getting colder and they are still going outside for recess.
There will be no school this Tuesday, November 6th.
Henry Ford is hosting Social Studies night this Thursday, November 1st. 5:00-6:30!!!
