Donors Choose Project #2

I want to make sure my students have what they need to succeed. Sometimes they/we need a break. So, I’ve created a DonorsChoose.org classroom project request. Click the link::

Your project, Let’s take a BREAK and REJUVENATE, qualifies for an awesome funding opportunity! Tomorrow only (October 24), beginning at 7AM ET, an anonymous DonorsChoose partner will double every donation to projects requesting classroom basics — including yours.

You can let friends and family know tomorrow that their donations will go twice as far.

ALL contributions DOUBLED. Thank you so much for taking a look and considering a donation. I am so excited to bring this project to life and giving my students the sometimes needed break during the day 🙂

With gratitude,
Ms. Robinson

Unit Rates

Monday/Tuesday-

We started talking about UNIT RATES today and will continue through Lesson 2 this week.

Wednesday/Thursday/ Friday

It is a short lesson, so look for some Practice and Problem solving pages Wednesday or Thursday and an assessment on Friday.

LESSON 1 Quizzes were passed back today.

Getting settled

Our year is off to a great start! Into the second week of school and students are adjusting well. Next week we will be taking the NWEA test in Math.

Students have received their textbooks and have most of their materials.

I have asked each student to bring one box of Kleenex and one canister of antibacterial hand wipes. Some students have done this, but these few will not get us through cold and flu season. Please help out and continue to bring them in. Thanks in advance!!!
