Happy Last Day of School!

Happy Last day of School SVG Bundle School SVG bundle School | Etsy

It’s the last day of third grade! Can you believe it?!

Just a couple of last minute reminder and announcements for today.

-We will be having our end of year celebration on iLearn today at 11am! Make sure to stop by. We will be handing out some awards, popping our last balloon, and you can see a very special third grade slideshow!

– Mrs. Currie and I will be working closely with the 4th grade teachers to let them know what was covered during this time of distance learning. We will work hard to make sure that we are meeting students where they are and continuing their learning in the fall (whatever that may look like). I know we are all looking forward to a break, however for those times when you hear “I am bored”, I would like to provide you with some resources for students to continue to work with over the summer. I am attaching a PDF in Google Classroom of summer activities, math and ELA. It is 70 pages and by all means you can print and choose what you feel is best. Students can continue Zearn, reading 30 minutes a day. Links will be attached as well!

-Lastly, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the kindness and joy that you and your families have given me this school year. I will truly miss each and everyone of you.

Feel free to always come back and visit us anytime!

Terrific Tuesday!

Good morning everyone!

Here are some announcements and reminders for today.

-I know that there were issues with viewing the schedule for today’s stop by, and I wanted to let you know they have been fixed! Thank you for being patient and understanding. In case you need it one more time here is the link to that schedule:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1UauE1Fni7Dmqm7IsLV0R3tzN_mkTqALKQH-XeL5Vqdw

-You will notice I didn’t directly put times on that schedule sheet. That is because, I’m not entirely sure how long it will take me to travel in between stops and say goodbye to students. As of right now I’m probably going to be starting off around 10:30 this morning and going until maybe 1pm. I will let you know if I am running behind or get lost. If your address has changed or if you are unavailable at these times, feel free to email me or send me a text through Remind.

-I’ve also loaded our balloon countdown activity on Google Classroom. This fun activity is optional but a fun way to celebrate the coming summer break!

-Tomorrow at 10:30am we will have a movie and snack party on iLearn. We will be watching Matilda as a class! I hope to see you there.

-Thursday at 11:00am we will have our end of third grade celebration on iLearn.

As always, I can’t wait to see those happy faces today!

See you soon!

Ms. Robey Stop-By Tomorrow!

Good Evening Parents,

Tomorrow I will be stopping by your houses to say goodbye to the 2019-2020 school year! Please see the letter below with more information.

Please let me know ASAP if your address is not the same as in MiStar or if you will not be at home. I would hate to leave someone’s gift behind at the wrong address.

I look forward to seeing your smiling faces tomorrow!

Last Week of School!

Last Week of School Events and Reminders » Miss Vuichard's ...

Happy last week of school everyone! I can’t believe that it is already here. I’m going to miss these students!

I just wanted to share with you a couple of announcements and updates for this week.

-This week we have a couple of fun events planned. Please review our calendar below for details about when the events are. Feel free to print and place on your fridge!

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ZYjhVlATjjLK8AQQs-1ODRuzvoEI5S_-4JCrmalLxVk/edit?usp=sharing

– Today I shared with students the End of Year Countdown slides on Google Classroom. This is a balloon pop countdown that we started on Friday. Everyday leading up to the last day of school we will pop a balloon (virtually) to show that we only have that many days left of school. Inside the balloon is an optional fun activity you can try with your student and family! We popped the number 5 balloon on Friday (since there were 5 days left of school) and the 4th balloon today. I hope you enjoy this fun countdown this week.

-I will also be at the school this morning, so I may not be able to respond quickly if you are reaching out.

-Tomorrow I will be traveling to every student’s house in order to pass out their end of year gift and say goodbye. I plan on starting this travel around 10 am tomorrow. I will also be posting the order in which I will be stopping by later this evening. If you have a preferred time or you need to share with me a different address that isn’t listed in MiStar please do so by 5pm today.

-Wednesday, June 10th at 10:30 a.m. will be movie time! Have your children log in to the BBB, grab a snack, and we will watch Matilda together.

-Thursday, June 11th at 11:00 a.m. we will have our end of year celebration on iLearn.

As always if you have any questions feel free to reach out!

Happy Monday!

-Since today is our last day of assignments for the third grade school year, and considering how hard everyone has worked for the past three months, you will notice that I have changed up what was originally scheduled on our week at a glance for assignments today. You will notice that instead of completing our traditional work load, we will have a fun day of online games instead. Please make sure to check Google Classroom for more details on these assignments.

-Don’t forget that the last day to turn in any assignments will be Sunday at noon. Feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns that you may have.

-Today we will be having our virtual scavenger hunt on iLearn. Please see the times below on when to login.

11:40-Girls

12:10 p.m.whole class !

– Next Tuesday, I will be stopping by your houses to give your child their end of year gift and to say goodbye to my awesome students. If for some reason your address is different then that on MiStar, please reach out to me to let me know where I can find you on Tuesday. Along with address, please let me know if there is a conflict of time on Tuesday so that I can try to stop by when your family is available. I look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday!

-Lastly, if you have any photos from this school year that you would like to share please email me them. I’m working on creating a photo slideshow to share at our end of year celebration and would love to have some more photos.

As always if you need anything, I’m always here for you! Have a great day!
