All of my classes will continue practice for the fitness assessment to be completed this week.  The 3 item fitness assessment will consist of the following: sit-ups, sit & reach, and push-ups.   Good Luck!

I hope you enjoyed your week off.  This week my 7th grade classes will be starting health class.  My 6th and 8th grade classes will be in the pool.  Please remember to bring your swimsuits, towels, and anything else you may need (ex. soap, shampoo, goggles, deck sandals, etc.)

We are off to a fresh start, with all my classes getting use to the new procedures and expectations for the second semester.  This week my classes will be participating in basketball & team handball.  7th graders will be bringing home letters for parents to sign regarding Human Growth and Development along with Reproductive Health.

As we end the first semester this week, all of my classes will be rotating to gym B and finish the semester with choices of soccer, basketball and table tennis.  We will also be doing a complete locker clean out (including the removal of your lock).  I hope you have enjoyed the first semester of PE this year and good luck with semester II.

Attention: Families with Preschool age children who are 4 years of age by December 1, 2017.  There is an immediate possibility of free full-day preschool beginning in January 2018 in the Dearborn Public Schools (next month). The family must be eligible based on risk factors and not currently enrolled in a GSRP program.  If interested, families may pick up an application at the Cotter Early Childhood Center, 13020 Osborn or call Nadia Berry at 313-827-6150.

This week my claases will be participating in a combination of team handball and basketball.  Conferences are this week as well (Monday, 11/13 and Tuesday, 11/14 from 4-7pm both days).

7th grade Parents: Human Growth & Development letters have gone home to all my 7th grade students.  The class will begin after December 1st.  Please return the letters signed and checked off as to whether or not you want your son to be in the class.
