Week of 9/17 – 9/21

This week all of my classes will be participating in the timed 1/2 mile run while working on increasing their cardiovascular endurance.    We will eventually (approximately 2-3 weeks) be timed on the mile run as well.  Weather permitting, we will also be playing falcon/flag football and soccer.
