4th & 5th Hours:

Bellwork reviewed graphs and equations of Absolute Value Funcitons.

Hwk #23 is due today.

The remainder of the period students were shown how some of the information given in an Absolute Value graph can be applied to equations and graphs of Quadratic Functions.  We also began discussing the last section that we will cover in Chapter 5, Sec 5-5:  Direct Variation.

Students were given a printed sheet with graphs to do Hwk #20 on.

Students were also given Review for a quiz next week over Sections 5-2 and 5-3.  The exact date for the quiz will be announced on Monday.
