This is a MATH RESOURCE FOR PARENTS (not students). Parents please use this to help and guide your homework support for your children. Although, Mr. Habecker explains how to do the homework, I would appreciate it if you would allow our students to attempt the homework on their own. This is a resource for parents to understand the math. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-guoWh1hXVA

Bring in any baked good of your choice — store-bought or homemade — and the proceeds will go directly to the PTA to support our students and classrooms. A cart will be outside the office Thursday morning and donations can be brought in any time that day. Looking forward to a great night!
Week of September 9th 2019
Students will receive their reading logs this Monday and be expected to turn them in the following Monday of every week.
Testing for DRA and NWEA will continue this week and the rest of the month until we are done. They are doing amazing and continue to work towards getting these beginning of year procedures done.
Students have glued their spelling lists in their planner- Please review them. (Test is every week Friday)
We have begun applying our Daily Five strategies while reading! We are working on making inferences at the moment as well as finding the main idea and theme of the texts we read 🙂
Students are getting a great start to the math content- right now we want all students to master their multiplication table so that place value is not as challenging and we will continue to work towards this.
Thank you!
