1. Folder – new letter of the week the new site word of the week dog practice papers in your folder for tonight’s homework

2. Reading bag – new site word dog books and my own website for 20 to 30 minutes each night

3. Math bag counting and comparing numbers use the alligator mouth to eat the bigger number

Reminders

The principal’s corner meeting from last week is rescheduled for this Friday.

Movie night will be at the end of the month.

For gym days (Mondays and Thursdays) please send your child in with boots on to school and gym shoes that they can change into for Gym when there is snow outside.

2. Reading Bag- books, sight words, and MYON WEBSITE, 20-30 minutes EACH NIGHT!

3. Math Bag- Counting and comparing cubes using alligator mouths! (new in bags)

FRIDAY IS PRINCIPAL’S CORNER AT 9AM.  Please attend if you are able.  Mr. Awada will be discussing the NWEA test and your child.

Please note a change in MOVIE NIGHT DATE: It will be Jan. 30th NOT Jan. 16th

Jan 30:  2nd Core Value Assembly. Students of the Month, Math Masters, and Bucketfillers honored.  Peer Mediation students recognized and program explained.  No popcorn. Pizza pm, basketball

1. TOMORROW is our Holiday party, beginning at 12:30… parents are welcome to come help with our holiday crafts and our special holiday snack.  At 2:00 we will all go to the gym for a holiday sing along concert.

2. If you want to send in items for our goodie bags, please make sure individually wrapped and 20 items.

A note about our holiday party is being sent home today. Please return bottom half tomorrow to let me know if you can bring in an item or can volunteer your time.  You may send in individually wrapped candy or holiday items such as pencils, stickers, etc.  we will make gift bags for the rudeness to take home during the holiday sing along assembly.  The sing along begins at 2pm on Friday.
