Tonight’s Homework:

1. Folder- counting maze and missing numbers

2. Reading Bag- read for 20 minutes each night and inital MARCH READING LOG– this is to be kept in folders for the month of March, students how complete each day will earn a special prize

3. Math Bag- use cubes to practice counting, addition, and subtraction

TONIGHT is movie night at 4pm for $2.00

March is reading month so please stay tuned for LOTS of fun activities!! READING IS A SUPER POWER!!! 🙂

Thursday:  Founder’s Day Dinner

Friday: No popcorn, Core Value Assembly at 9am. Is your child to be honored for Student of the Month, Bucketfiller, Math Master or NWEA?

Starfall.com is a great fun educational website that we use in class sometimes.  The students are now working on the + and – part!

****STUDY FOR SPELLING TEST TOMORROW**** THIS WILL BE A REAL TEST—Mrs. Rawson CANNOT help you spell the words!!!  Please use practice test paper to trace on your own then fold and try each word without looking!

3. Math Bag- counting to 100!!! DO YOUR PROJECT for 100 day and bring in to share!

Reminders

Tomorrow we will have our Valentine Celebration so please bring in shoe boxes and valentine cards to pass to the class- 19 students, treats (candy) must be individually wrapped.

We will decorate our boxes and pass out Valentine’s at the end of the day before we go home.  Parents may come at 2:30 to help with this parent of our party.  Thank you 🙂
