Hello Parents,

We have over 20 acts performing in the Talent Show at Oakman School this Tuesday, May 31st. Come watch dancers, gymnasts, singers, and karate kids perform their best! They have been working hard, practicing daily and are ready to entertain you. Join us in the gym at 1pm this Tuesday.

Please join us for our annual Parent and Community Appreciation Breakfast with Principal Awada and the staff this Thursday, May 26^th at 8:45am in the cafeteria. It will be a celebration of the end of the year and on to new beginnings. Come share with us your ideas for next year.

Hello Parents,

This year Field Day will be on Friday, June 3rd at Oakman School. Field Day costs the school a great amount of money and since we didn’t get donations from parents or businesses we need to charge each child a fee. In order for your child to enjoy the moonwalks, the obstacle course, eat popcorn, cotton candy, and  have drinks, we are asking each student to pay $2 to your child’s teacher.

Every student is to pay to participate in Field Day.

We will serve a pizza lunch and the PTA will sell cheese and nachos for an extra fee.

• 9:00-11:15pm for kindergarten through 2^nd grade.
• 1:00-3:30pm  for 3^rd through 5^th grade.

We need parents to help with the children move from station to station. You can stay with your child’s class to help the teacher move along.

الاهل الكرام,

يصادف نهار الجمعة 3 حزيران يوم اللهو والالعاب السنوي في مدرسة أوكمن.  ان تكلفة هذا اليوم عالية جدا  وبما اننا لم نحصل على اي تبرعات من الاهل او المتاجر سوف نطلب من التلاميذ 2 دولار لتغطية مصاريف الالعاب والحلوى وغيرها من النشاطات.

يجب ان يدفع التلاميذ لكي يتمكنوا من المشاركة.

يقوم مجلس الاهل بتقديم البيتزا لوجبة الغداء والناتشو من دفع المزيد من المال.

• 9:00-11:15 صباحا صفوف الروضة-الثاني
• 1:00-3:30 صفوف الثالث-الخامس.

كما اننا بحاجة للمساعدة من الاهل حيث يستطيع المتطوع البقاء مع معلمة الصف لمساعدتها.
