Tonight’s Homework:

  1. Folder-MATH WORKBOOK PAGES 91-92 and 93-94 were missing from several folders this week! PUT IN FOLDER FOR ME TO SEE TOMORROW!!*If you did not have Letter Qq Bag today, please bring in 3-5 things for letter q— *Remember to write name/number on the bags PLEASE!  ***LAST DAY!!!
  2. Reading Bag- new sight word *BIG* practice all sight words and ALL books!
  3.  Math Bag- work on counting to 100 by 1s, 5s, and 10s… YOUTUBE, count by 1 or count by 5s, or count by 10s to 100 for some good songs to practice.— 10 frame game with counters— please ask your child about the new game we learned today— directions are on the back of the paper if needed! 🙂

  1. Folder-MATH WORKBOOK PAGES 93-94  COMPLETE AND PUT IN FOLDER FOR ME TO SEE TOMORROW!!  *Letter Qq bag– please bring 3-5 things that start with the q sound, like queen, quilt, quiet, etc.

Welcome Back!! Happy New Year!!! The students came back ready to learn and we will continue to learn and grow everyday so that we can be READY for 1st grade!

Thank you to the partents who helped with our party today!!!

Tomorrow is the ALL SCHOOL SING ALONG at 1:30.  Parents are encouraged to attend!!!!!!!!!  Santa will be making an appearance so come join the fun!

Tomorrow we will also pass out goodie bags if you would like to bring something, like candy canes, pencils, home-made snowflakes, etc. make sure you bring 24!!

If you would like to send in items to make gift bags for our holiday party, please make sure to send in 24.  You do not have to but several parents have asked…

Also, during the party, if parents would be able to help make the bags it would be appreciated.  The party will begin at 1:30.  Thank you!!

Tonight’s Homework:

  1. Folder- sign behavior calendar and continue to practice for test… a few students who I did not test today, will have theirs tomorrow morning!
  2. Reading Bag- practice sight words, letter names/sounds, READ books!!  -20 minutes each day!  SOOOOO IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!!!
  3. Image result for read everyday for 20 minutes
  4. Math Bag- practice counting to 100 by 1’s and 10’s, write numbers 1-10 without looking, MATH WORKBOOK review pages!   Pages starting at 1 are good to review numbers 1-10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please remember to send in $1.00 for our Pizza Party Tomorrow!!!

Also, if you signed up to bring an item, please remember to bring it in TOMORROW!!

  1. Folder- sign behavior calendar and continue to practice for test… about half the class was tested today, the rest will be tomorrow!
  2. Reading Bag- practice sight words, letter names/sounds, READ books!!  -20 minutes each day!

Students did a social studies assessment with me today over wants/needs and good/services.  Sooooo tomorrow will be their name, sight word, letter/sound, and numbers 1-10.  That means  everyone has ONE MORE NIGHT TO PRACTICE/STUDY!!!   Here is their practice test again:

A green paper was sent home today about our HOLIDAY PARTY!  It will be THURSDAY AFTERNOON.  There is a sign up sheet in the hallway if you would like to bring an extra item.  We will have pizza so if you can send in $1.00 with your child it will help with cost.  THANK YOU!

Menu Changes this week:

Tomorrow Tuesday Dec 20th we will be serving nacho fish sticks with tater tots.

Friday Dec 23rd we will be serving Breakfast for Lunch instead of Bean and Cheese and Burritos.
