Thank you! and reminders for tomorrow– last day (half day, dismissal at 11:45)!!!
Thanks parents for coming to our kindergarten celebration today! You should all be very proud of you children! They have been a special class to me and the progress that they have made has been so fun to see as the school year has gone by! Please take time to look through the writing book they made for you. Their most recent writing (other than their graduation craft writing) is in the front and the oldest writing (from the first day of school) is the last page of the book. It is amazing to look back at where we started the year!
Also please utilize the fun, learning youtube songs that we song for you today. “JACK HARTMAN” is a great resource and provides fun, quality, age appropriate songs with movement to make learning fun. YOUTUBE SEARCH “JACK HARTMAN” and have fun learning and singing with your child this summer!
I also HIGHLY recommend the bridge workbook displayed today. Oakman has sold out of K to 1 copies but you can find it at Barnes and Noble, I believe at Walmart as well and online…. this is the workbook I suggest your child does over the summer so they really are “ready for 1st grade!”
