Maps and Globe Book in reading bag is homework tonight!

As part of your child’s 15 minutes reading at home tonight, please read WITH them their Maps and Globe book that they made this week.  We highlighted key vocabulary words that they should know for our social studies unit.  Please make sure books are put back in their bags as they will be reading them with a partner tomorrow during Read to Someone time, just like we practiced today.

Field Day Fundraiser

This week it is kindergarten’s turn to sell snacks at lunch.

Field Day is around the corner (May 11th) and we need to raise some funds to support having one. We are asking that each grade level asks their students to bring in snacks to sell during lunch.  ( possible snacks are chips, lollipops, Goldfish, Cheez-It, juice boxes, individually wrapped mini muffins…. etc)

Prices range from $.25 – $1.00. Our safeties will help run the snack stand in the cafe.

Thanks for supporting field day!
