Students can go on MOBY MAX and practice the “purple” icons to do phonics, sight words, and other reading programs/games.

Please make sure to have your child go to bed EARLY (8:30!!!) and be ready to do their BEST— take their time, listen to questions carefully, and check their work before clicking “next.” We have worked hard all year and I know they will do GREAT!

Homework & Reminders 5-17-18
1. Folder— sign behavior calendar for May!! All students did well on NWEA Math today! I am very proud of them and you should be too! They tried their best and worked carefully!! We take NWEA READING ON TUESDAY, MAY 22. After all students are done testing, I will send home a report with their scores! Thank you!
2. Reading Bag- Please read ALL books in your bag, especially reading group books! Students got sight word #53 today—> jump.
3. Math Bag– Practice addition (put together) and subtraction (take away) with simple stories at home.

4. Spelling Notebook— STUDY FOR TEST TOMORROW!!!!!
- Thursday: Fun Sentences!
- Write a sentence using one spelling word in each sentence. Make sure to include Capitals, spaces and punctuation!

*Permission Slip on Pink Paper were sent home today. Please returned filled out and with $12.00 by Monday, May 14th. ***I NEED BOTH PAPER AND $ TO COLLECT*** ***LAST CHANCE— If you don’t have it tomottow, you will stay at school with another class.

Wednesday, May 16th is our LAST kindergarten field trip. We are going to a park for a PIZZA LUNCH and then will go bowling! This is $12.00 (includes pizza!) I need your permission slips (on pink paper sent home yesterday) and the $12.00 by Monday. Parents are welcome (need I-check) but do not need to attend– it is $12.00 for parents to come as well (to help pay for the bus and to bowl if you choose).
** If you are willing to donate juice, chips, or cookies to go with our pizza lunch, please let me know!

Important Information for Field Trip to High Velocity on MONDAY, MAY 14th!
- ALL students must wear socks and gym shoes.
- ALL students must wear pants.
- Parents are welcomed to attend but need to drive separately.
- ALL students must pack a bagged lunch. We will eat there.
