We started reading groups this week and today students will take home a special reading bag with a leveled book inside and a reading log AND their special pointer finger!! Please help them read their special book 5-10 minutes each night focusing on pointing at each word and learning new vocabulary words! Parents please remember to sign the log each night and read each night even if it’s the same book- re-reading helps build fluency. Students will have the same book for about 5 days and we are starting this new routine! Thanks for your helps!!!
