Homework & Reminders 4-11-18

 1. Folder— sign behavior calendar for April!! A Blue Paper and White paper were sent home today about a WHOLE SCHOOL FIELD TRIP TO HIGH VELOCITY ***Both forms must be completed.  It is FREE and parents are welcome; however, you MUST drive.  There will not be space on the bus because the whole school is going.

Fill in new orange reading log with at LEAST 15 minutes of reading (Oakman Read at home pledge).  This time should include reading group books and sight words!!

2. Reading Bag- Please read ALL books in your bag, especially reading group books!  Practice ALL 43 sight word cards including NEW word “was.”

3. Math Bag– Practice using 100 chart to count to 100 by 1’s, 5’s, and 10’s.  Try without chart! Try in a song! Try writing numbers!  (MIX IT UP! MAKE IT FUN!) Check out our new homemade rekenrek to add and subtract to 20.

4. Spelling Notebook- building words

5. Green Math Work Book for MODULE 4— please complete page 24 for homework to match our classwork (lesson 7).

Reminders:

Please send in an April snack for our class.  We have 16 students.

Please RSVP on yellow paper if you are able to attend MATH NIGHT TOMORROW from 5-6pm.  I hope you can come join the fun!!!!
