Tomorrow is wear orange and black to school day.  It is a fund raiser, so if your child would like to contribute, please have them wear orange and black tomorrow and bring in $1.00 to donate.

Tuesday at 6:00 p.m., the candidates for the school board will be here at Oakman, in the gym.  It would be great if you could come and listen to what they have to say in order to make a decision on who to vote for to be on the school board.

Wednesday is picture day.  Envelopes will be coming home to order pictures.  Please include the exact amount as we will not be able to make change.

Friday is our Halloween Party.  Kids will put on their costumes at 1:00, we will have a parade around the school and then we will have a small party.  Please let me know if you are able to volunteer or donate items for our party.  All students can bring in individually wrapped candies to pass out to friends (they will get a goody bag to take home after the party.)

Friday morning, at 9:00, the kids will be going to the Oakman pumpkin patch.  I believe it’s $1.00 for them to choose a pumpkin to take home.
