Tonight’s Homework:

1. Folder: sight word a– complete the sentences by writing the word “a” and practice reading the sentences.  For the last one draw a picture to finish the sentence.

2. Reading Bag- new sight word “a”

3. Math Bag- counting and comparing cubes, we have also been learning about MONEY!  Find pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarter and talk to your child about them and how much they are worth- a penny is 1 cent!  A nickle is 5!  A dime is 10 and a quarter is 25!  We have hand motions that go with our song!! Reminders:

TOMORROW IS OUR APPLE ORCHARD FIELD TRIP! EVERYONE MUST BRING A PACKED LUNCH AND DRESS FOR BEING OUTSIDE AT A FARM!!  Hooded jackets would be a good idea to scare away the rain! 🙂  Parents attending please be here by 9am, we will use bathrooms and hopefully be on the bus by 9:30am!
