Tonight’s homework is:

1. Read 15-30 minutes and initial their reading log.  Practice sight words on blue paper in reading bag!

2. Letter Ii Worksheet, discuss how I is a vowel and has two sounds, long and short (review yellow chart in their reading bags)

3. Work on their map of their bedroom.  This is due Friday.  Make sure it is colored (even the key!)

4. Practice spelling words (1 line for Tuesday)

Reminders:

1. Thursday is wear your pajamas to school day.  Please, let your child wear their pajamas to school and bring a large towel or small blanket and a stuffed animal as we will curl up with some good books and read.

2. There will be NO popcorn for sale on Friday.  The PTA WILL be selling pizza after school instead.

Appointment slips went home yesterday for Parent/Teacher Conferences.  If you got one, please let me know if that time does not work for you and we will reschedule.  If you did not get a conference slip, but would like to meet to discuss your child’s progress, please let me know, 827-6500 or rawsonm@dearbornschools.org
