This week we continued to work on procedures and classroom expectations.  We have worked on our stamina in read to self and got to 6 minutes this week!!  We will be working on writing more, which is very exciting!

Our sight words are: I, like, see, and next week will be my and the

*Reminder* Please send in a snack for the class 1-2 times a month as we have snack twice a day.  Please send in enough for 28 kids.  We will have a special snack of apples next Friday (9/27).  Please let me know if you can donate cut red, green, or yellow apples as the students will get to taste each and decide their favorite apple!

Next week, we will be talking about the /m/ sound and learning about apples in science!
