Preschool WILL NOT be participating in the butterfly garden planting today. It will be too muddy.
Tomorrow is Michigan Day. Please make sure your child has a Michigan show and tell and wears a Michigan shirt. Thanks to everyone who has signed up for the Michigan ice cream party so far.
The last Scholastic book club order is due tomorrow. Please order for summer reading!

Wednesday is Michigan Day again. Please remember to have your child wear a shirt from somewhere in Michigan, and send in a show and tell from Michigan. They really seemed to enjoy learning state symbols and a song about Michigan last week. On Wednesday, May 22 we will have our Michigan ice cream party. Please sign up for an item to bring. I have posted the sign up sheet on our bulletin board. The children will really enjoy making their own sundaes that day.

So glad to see the participation we had for Michigan today. Some of the children who brought things in wanted to leave their items on display, while others chose to bring them home. Regardless I will make sure everyone gets their items back.
Today you will be getting the last Scholastic Book order form for the year. This is a great opportunity for summer reading. Please make sure to place an order. This will be due Wednesday, May 8.
Color Run money is due NOW. If you do not pay for the Color Run, your child may not participate.

Tomorrow is the start of Michigan month in our classroom. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s Michigan Show and Tell. Again, this will be every Wednesday throughout the month of May.
Thursday is the Color Run, we still do not have money and permission slips from everybody. Please let us know what your plans for your child are. We will be dismissing from outside that day, since no one is allowed back in the building.

We are set with outlet plugs, however, we are still in need of tissues. If you can donate them to get us through the rest of this year, it would be appreciated.
Wednesday starts Michigan month. Have your child bring in a Michigan show and tell. PLEASE BE SURE IT IS AN ITEM MADE IN MICHIGAN OR PICTURES, SOUVENIRS, OR OTHER ITEMS FROM MICHIGAN. They can also wear a shirt from locations in Michigan. We will be doing this every Wednesday in the month of May.
Color Run is Thursday. Please make sure you turn in permission slip and money if your child is participating. No one is allowed back in the building after it is over so we will be dismissing outside that day. If your child is not participating please let us know.
Zoo field trip money is due this Friday. It is important that we have the money by then. Please turn it in a.s.a.p.

Please remember to turn in Color Run money and zoo money soon. If you are not participating in either of them please let us know.
Remember next Wednesday, May 1 we will be starting our Michigan unit. Please have your child bring in a Made in Michigan show and tell, and if possible wear a Michigan themed shirt.
We are once again in need of tissues. Allergy season is upon us and we are going through them quickly. If you can make one last end of year donation, it would be greatly appreciated. We also need some electrical out lit covers. We had some however, they seemed to have disappeared. If you have a couple extra that you can give up, we would appreciate that as well.
