Updates
First of all I would like to remind everyone that we will not be giving lessons tomorrow, Friday, May 22 and Monday, May 25. This is due to the Memorial Day weekend. We hope everyone enjoys their long weekend.
We received good news the other day that Early Childhood will now be allowed to use an app. called Jitsi Meet. This can be downloaded from Iphones and androids. So we can once again meet and see each other. We are so excited, since it has been awhile. We will plan our first meeting for Wednesday, May 27 at 11:00 a.m. If possible, please help your child to bring a Michigan show and tell to this meeting. We will cut down on questions and comments, so it won’t take as long as it did last time. Although, we did enjoy seeing everyone! Please make sure you download the app. so you are ready to go. I will send out the invitations to join next Tuesday, May 26. Stephanie and I are super excited!
We would also like to put closure to this school year. On Wednesday, June 3, we will be at the school. We would like to do a drive-by goodbye. We will be in our parking lot to greet everyone. It is important to stay in your cars with your child. This will be hard since we would like to give every one of them a great big hug. However, we have to adhere to the rules. Anytime between 11:00 and 12:00 that day, please come see us. At this time, we will also be passing out any owed money from our missed field trip, Scholastic book orders, rest items, and extra clothes left behind. We also have gifts for each child. Please mark your calendars, and make sure you or someone will be able to take them. We want to say goodbye to every child. Even though we are saying goodbye, we will still be giving lessons through June 11.
