Reading Month
March 2, 2020
Today your child will be bringing home a “passport book” and an explanation of the activities for March. Please make sure you read to your child at least 20 minutes per night.
We are also hoping some of you can be guest readers this month. Simply pick a book or two that you can read to the class.
Along with this we are starting Community Helpers. We are looking for people to do a short presentation on their occupation. If you can not do it, perhaps a friend or relative would be willing. This is a very fun time for the kids to have a visitor that they know in the classroom. They are very proud when someone they know volunteers. Please consider it.
