Dates to Remember
Tuesday, March 25 – Kindergarten Round-up 6:30pm. Held in Kindergarten classroom.
Thursday, March 27 – Spring Parent Teacher Conference. Conferences are only held one night in the Spring. Please make sure you return the conference slip in your child’s blue folder. Conference slips went out early last week in folders.
Friday, March 28 – Reading Celebration! School-wide assembly and pajama read-in with popcorn. Don’t forget to fill out the pink reading logs this week. This is the last week to turn in a reading log. Last week we earned two rockets! Keep up the reading, everyone needs to read and fill out a reading log for our class to win a pizza party and prizes.
Spring is Here! So, I think it is safe to say there is no need to bring snow-pants to school. Please make sure your child still brings their boots to school for the muddy grounds.
Please make sure you empty your child’s blue folder each night and look over notes and homework from school. In addition, please make sure you are signing the red folder progress report that goes home on Friday.

First graders finished Volume I Everyday Math books and have started Volume II. Some students have taken their books home. Please use these math books as a study-guide, and a math review with your child. Not all the pages were completed in the book. The math book is an additional math resource to use teaching math.
Have a nice day and enjoy the sunshine.
