Dates to Remember

Tuesday, December 15 – Brainstormers will visit Nowlin at 2:00 – 3:00 pm. They will perform skits and get students involved in the writing process.

Wednesday, December 16 – Late Start – school starts an hour later. Nowlin Sing-a-Long 2:30 – 3:00 pm in the Gym. All families are invited to participate and sing holiday songs.

Thursday, December 17 – Students in Mrs. Polgar’s class can wear P.J.’s and will watch the Polar Express 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Friday, December 18 – Mrs. Polgar’s Holiday party 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Volunteers please arrive by 12:00 – 12:10 to help set-up centers for the party. We could still use a volunteer to help make hot cocoa and help serve cocoa to students.

Monday, December 21 – begins Winter recess break.

Students return to school Monday, January 4, 2016.

There will be no homework packets for over the holiday break.

I will not be in class on Monday, December 14. I will have a sub, Ms. Jessica.
